In our receiving control the belts are checked upon completeness or special features (damage) and documented accordingly. In the further work routine the belts are measured, divided into the individual constituents and executed  mechanicalproof of all constituents. Measures and belt constituents are documented by a receiving control photo. Model and part numbers are transferred to the new partlabel and provided with a sequential internal serialnumber.
